I placed someone in the wrong position, can I move them?

We can NOT change placement once someone is placed. We advise our members to be very careful when placing. Once a student is placed, they can not be changed.

I “accidentally” signed up under the wrong person, what can I do to be signed under the correct person?
While we do understand that people can make mistakes, however, we can NOT change sponsorship once you have enrolled.

How does the holding tank work?

From you BackOffice under “Genealogy”, click on “Graphical Binary View”. If you have new signups in your Holding Tank, they will display at the bottom right of the viewer. Locate a position you want to place one of your new signups and click on that "Open" position. You will only be able to click on the open positions that are directly below a positon that has someone placed in it. A screen will display "You have chosen to place someone in your holding tank under PositionName leg #1 or #2", which is left or right. If this is correct, select the person you want to place from the list that is provided on the screen. When you click on the Place Member button you will see a message "Are you ready to place this member? Once placed, members CANNOT BE MOVED." If everything is correct click OK.
